Sleep Insomnia - Supplements for Better Sleep
Our founder Dr. Ann Doggett DC, MS. has created a comprehensive sleep/insomnia support protocol based on her 30 years of clinical practice.
First and most importantly, Dr. Doggett recommends a unique combination of minerals called Min-Tran at 5 tablets per day (bedtime) for better sleep. She recommends half that dose for children under 12. Kava Forte contains Kava Root extracted with 100% water to calm the nerves. Dr. Doggett most commonly recommends 1 tablet at dinner and 1 tablet at bedtime. Lastly, add in 3 Valerian Complex per day (you can break this up however you like) for additional stress support.
