Our founder Dr. Ann Doggett DC, MS. has created a comprehensive anxiety support protocol based on her 30 years of clinical practice.

To start, Dr. Doggett recommends taking 2-5 Kava Forte per day. Kava Forte contains 100% Kava root extracted with water to calm the nerves, ease the effects of mild tension and stress, and promote relaxation and sleep.

Another great addition is Nevaton Forte 1-4 times per day. This combination of herbs featuring saffron helps balance the mood and emotional stress. It’s also crucial to support the brain with the healthy essential fats found in Olprima DHA. Dr. Doggett recommends 2 soft gels per day. For added sleep support, Dr. Doggett recommends the combination of minerals found in Min-Tran to relax the nervous system. She recommends 5 before bed (and half that dosage for your little ones).
